Please see below for details on the first few rehearsals and meetings this year and remember you can always refer to our calendar (allcityband.com/calendar) whenever you need to.

All rehearsals until the Winter Break will be in Porter Creek Secondary School Band Room (entrance #7) and after Winter Break, in FH Collins Secondary School Band Room (via main entrance)

Tuesday, September 1st

• first rehearsal for YOUTH ONLY of Senior Band (6:45pm - 8:30pm)
• Info Meeting for Parent/Guardians & YOUTH of Senior Band (8:30pm - 9pm)

Wednesday, September 2nd

• MANDATORY Info Meeting for YOUTH of Junior Band & their Parent/Guardians (7pm - 8pm)

Thursday, September 3rd

• NO Jazz Band rehearsal

Tuesday, September 8th

• first rehearsal for ADULTS from Senior & Junior bands (6:45pm - 8pm). Even if you plan on being in Junior Band, please come to this rehearsal if you would like to
• All-City Band ADULTS Social (for adults from Senior, Junior and Jazz bands) (8pm - 9pm). Bring some snacks if you can 😋

Wednesday, September 9th & Thursday, September 10th

• Junior Band Retreat at Little Atlin Lodge

Thursday, September 10th

• NO Jazz Band rehearsal

Tuesday, September 15th

• first rehearsal for EVERYONE in Senior Band (6:45pm - 9:15pm), weekly thereafter

Wednesday, September 16th

• first Junior Band Intensive Class (5:15pm - 6:30pm)
• first rehearsal for Junior Band (6:15pm - 8:15pm), weekly thereafter

Thursday, September 17th

• rehearsal for Jazz Band (3:45pm - 5:45pm), weekly thereafter
